Virgin Grand 1-BR Townhouse: 750 sq ft. (sleeps up to 4 adults). Split-level angled floor plan with two bathrooms (one on each level). Graceful open staircase leads to master bedroom on upper level (with king bed). Living are with sofa bed; fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware; banquette dining area; washer and dryer; individually-controlled central air conditioning, two furnished balconies, and in-room safe.
Bay Vista 2-BR Loft: 1,650 sq ft. (sleeps up to10 adults). Two-level floor plan with both bedrooms upstairs (king bed in master bedroom, and two double beds in second bedroom). Open staircase serves both upstairs bedrooms as well as a large living area with sofa bad and two bathrooms (one ensuite in the master bedroom). Downstairs consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware; banquette dining area; washer and dryer; furnished balcony, and in-room safe.
Virgin Grand 3-BR Pool Villa: 2,850 sq ft. (sleeps up to 8 adults). Expansive two-level angled floor plan with huge deck and private pool. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (according to the website description but frankly I only see two huge bathrooms when looking at the floor plan). Living are with sofa bed; fully-equipped kitchen with serving bars for both the living area and pool areas, self-cleaning oven, double sink with disposal, microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware; dining area; washer and dryer; individually-controlled central air conditioning, furnished ceramic tile balcony, and in-room safe.
There are also two larger (3-BR) Bay Vista villas -- each of these is 1,470 sq ft, sleeps up to 10 adults, and has two or three balconies, respectively.

Studio: $225/night Mon-Wed, $425/night Thurs-Sun or $2,300 for a full 7-night week
1-Bedroom: $300/night Mon-Wed, $550/night Thurs-Sun or $3,000 for a full 7-night week
Any 2-Bedroom $350/night Mon-Wed, $675/night Thurs-Sun or $3,600 for a full 7-night week
Any 3-Bedroom: $525/night Mon-Wed, $950/night Thurs-Sun or $5,200 for a full 7-night week.
For stays of less than seven nights, the resort assesses a $50 cleaning fee upon checkout, which is in addition to the above rates. No other taxes, fees or any hidden charges.
Guests have access to all the facilities and amenities of this gorgeous resort.
This offering is a private rental from very reliable and honest people, not through a company. Payment must clear before rental can be finalized. Once rental is confirmed, cancellation up to 8 days prior to check in is subject to a $100 cancellation penalty (even if it's just for one night, as this is what we are charged for cancellation).
